If your order has already been fulfilled or is in progress, it cannot be canceled or modified.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you cancel your order within the specified time, you will receive a <strong>full refund<\/strong>, including the order amount and shipping costs.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Refunds will be issued to the same bank account used for payment. The refund process takes up to <strong>30 days<\/strong> from the order date.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Returns<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">DigiFabric accepts returns for ordered products only if:<\/p>\n<ul> \t<\/p>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">they have <strong>manufacturing defects<\/strong>;<\/span><\/li>\n<p> \t<\/p>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">the order was <strong>incorrectly produced<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n<p><\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To request a return, you must submit a request via email to <a href=\"mailto:info@digifabric.ee\">info@digifabric.ee<\/a> within <strong>14 days<\/strong> of receiving the goods.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We may require <strong>photo evidence<\/strong> and\/or the return of the products.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The <strong>customer bears the full cost of returning the goods<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The customer is not required to return the goods via a logistics company if DigiFabric agrees to collect them directly.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Refunds will be made to the same bank account used for payment.
