Pricing Policy

On our website digifabric.ee, you can find the prices of our fabrics, which include the printing cost based on the ordered quantity.

From time to time, we reserve the right to change the prices listed on the website, but this does not affect orders that are already in progress.

The prices indicated on the website are exclusive of VAT.

In addition to the product price, shipping costs must also be considered, and you will be informed of these before making the payment.

Payment Terms

During the checkout process, you must pay for the ordered products according to the total price in the shopping cart.

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • American Express
  • PayPal
  • Bank links

If you fail to pay the amount due for an order, we reserve the right to withhold the ordered products and/or cancel the order.

If you initiate an unjustified chargeback on your credit card, debit card, or other payment method, you are required to reimburse us within 3 days of the date of our written request:

  • an amount equal to the chargeback;
  • all third-party costs incurred by us due to the chargeback (including fees charged by our or your bank, payment processor, or card issuer).

Purchases from the digifabric.ee online store are subject to the applicable Law of Obligations Act (VÕS), Consumer Protection Act (TKS), and other relevant laws of the Republic of Estonia.

Order Cancellation

You can modify or cancel your order for free if it is still in the queue (within 12 hours for regular orders, within 4 hours for express orders). If your order has already been fulfilled or is in progress, it cannot be canceled or modified.

If you cancel your order within the specified time, you will receive a full refund, including the order amount and shipping costs.

Refunds will be issued to the same bank account used for payment. The refund process takes up to 30 days from the order date.

Returns

DigiFabric accepts returns for ordered products only if:

  • they have manufacturing defects;
  • the order was incorrectly produced.

To request a return, you must submit a request via email to info@digifabric.ee within 14 days of receiving the goods.

We may require photo evidence and/or the return of the products.

The customer bears the full cost of returning the goods.

The customer is not required to return the goods via a logistics company if DigiFabric agrees to collect them directly.

Refunds will be made to the same bank account used for payment. The refund process takes up to 30 days from the order date.

Refunds are not issued in the following cases:

  • damage occurring during shipping;
  • delays in delivery;
  • subjective dissatisfaction (e.g., color mismatch, fabric texture, or other cognitive perceptions).
